Initiate Your Request
Log into your 70Cigars account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
